Used Alexander 103G F/Bb French horn in lacquer finish. Features include a .476" bore, gold brass construction, and a fixed, spun bell flare. Instrument is in excellent condition apart from minor surface imperfections. Valve compression is excellent/like-new with valves blowing under .5 on the Magnehelic machine.
This horn has a great sound and is a particularly good example of a 103 - the gold brass helps round the sound, without losing clarity or zing. If you are in the market for a modern 103, this is a terrific option. Includes original Alexander case.
