Features:

Length of Instrument -the fife is 16 5/8 inches.

Wood -the instrument is made of, what seems to be, Grenadilla.

Key of instrument -Bb.

Finger Holes -different sizes.

The spacing on the holes is as follows:

1-2=.714
2-3=.703
3-4=.864
4-5=.631
5-6=.759

This shows that the hole pattern is not even.

Swell -the swell on this instrument comes past the embouchure hole.

The fife has a tuning slide.

Ferrules - Ferrules are made of plated brass. Top ferrule has 1+1 knurling. Bottom ferrule has protruding band. Both seem to be made out of seamless tubing. Top ferrule is .904 inch in length; bottom is 1.92. Both ferrules seem to be original to the instrument.
