Features:

Length of Instrument -the fife is 16 inches.

Wood -the instrument is made of, what seems to be, what was called, Cocoawood.

Key of instrument -Bb.

Finger Holes -seem to be the same size, except the top and bottom hole seem to be a little smaller.

The spacing on the holes is as follows:

1-2=.709
2-3=.760
3-4=.888
4-5=.699
5-6=.842

This shows that the hole pattern is not even.

Swell -the swell on this instrument comes at the embouchure hole.

Ferrules - Ferrules are made of brass, knurled with the following: Top ferrule has 1+1 knurling. Bottom ferrule has the same. Both seem to be made out of seamless tubing, or I just cannot see the seam, and have punch marks. Top ferrule is .880 inch in length; bottom is .860 inch
